Rehab Care Unlimited Physical Therapy opened in 2003 under the leadership of Josephine Padilla Quicho, PT.
Committed to every patient’s well-being and recovery, we insist in the best people, equipment, and facilities to provide excellence at every level. Our physical therapists and acupuncturists are all licensed in the state of California and credentialed with all the major insurance companies.
We are a contracted medicare facility and partnered with the leading worker’s comp insurance companies. We also accept personal injury lien patients, major personal insurance PPO and selected HMO.

Please call us to schedule an appointment. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Walk-ins will be seen based on therapist availability and must bring an insurance card, valid ID, and doctor’s prescription for therapy.
